Customer Experience Manager

The opportunity Your focus will be to grow the number of solar installers on the platform and build ongoing relationships with them and the platform partners. The partners are where the company generates revenue. You role will include: Managing large partner accounts plus medium to large solar installer users Converting inbound enquiries to ongoing customers Managing a team of two Customer Experience staff who handle support tickets and training for users of the platform Attending in-person events to interact with partners and installers Presenting product demo and training webinars to partners and installers Working with the product team to identify and meet the needs of the solar community in terms of system user functionality About you You are passionate about renewable energy and making an impact to accelerate climate change. Your natural ability to build rapport, connect with people and find solutions to problems drives you every day, and you thrive on working with others who want to be part of the renewable energy revolution.
