Program Partnerships Manager

Salary: $80k base plus super Hours: Full time Why join this organisation? The role Managing a portfolio of workplaces to achieve culture change, you will guide and make recommendations for workplaces seeking to mature their approach and build capability to deliver education and awareness to their staff. This will include facilitating program delivery plus the following: Provide operational support to achieve the program's objectives, Guide workplaces from initial expression of interest through to achieving accreditation Provide an end to end customer experience. The Person You will possess excellent verbal and written communication to engage with a variety of workplaces, their teams and the relevant decision makers and stakeholders. In addition, you will have: Previous experience in program management Previous experience with sales and customer relationship management. Proven ability to work towards and exceed key KPI's, which includes sales, service and quality targets. Ability to run presentations and group facilitations. Proven business development skills, including making approaches to prospective buyers.
