Support Worker – Complex Care (Learning Disabilities) Liverpool £14.00 per hour | Various Hours Available The Opportunity Are you passionate about making a real difference in people's lives? We're looking for caring, resilient, and dedicated Support Workers to join a specialist Learning Disabilities and Complex Care service in Liverpool. You'll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, and behaviours that may challenge, helping them to live fulfilling, independent lives in a safe, person-centred environment. Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, or flexible hours, we'd love to hear from you. What You'll Be Doing Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex care needs Encouraging independence, choice, and community participation Providing personal care where required Supporting individuals with positive behaviour support plans Assisting with medication and daily living activities Building positive, trusting relationships with the people you support Maintaining accurate records and following individual care plans Promoting dignity, respect, and person-centred care at all times What We're Looking For Experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or complex care needs is desirable Experience supporting individuals with autism, behaviours that challenge, or mental health needs is advantageous A caring, patient, and compassionate approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred support Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends where required What's on Offer? £14.00 per hour Various contracted hours available Comprehensive induction and ongoing training Career progression opportunities Supportive management team A rewarding role where no two days are the same The opportunity to make a genuine difference to people's lives every day Our Promise At New Way Recruitment, we believe in Heart-Led Hiring in Care.
