Interim Quality and Compliance Lead.

Interim Quality & Compliance Lead Location: Liverpool Day Rate: £250 - £400 Per Day DOE Drive Quality. Deliver Compliance. Transform Care. An excellent interim opportunity has arisen for an experienced Quality & Compliance Lead to support a well-established elderly care provider through a period of quality improvement and operational excellence. This role is ideal for an experienced healthcare professional with a proven track record of raising standards, embedding compliance, and supporting services to achieve outstanding outcomes. This is a hands-on position requiring strong leadership, excellent regulatory knowledge and the ability to work collaboratively with senior management teams to deliver sustainable improvements. The Role Lead quality assurance and compliance across multiple care services. Conduct comprehensive audits, inspections and service reviews, producing clear action plans. Support services in preparing for CQC inspections and achieving positive regulatory outcomes. Drive continuous improvement through effective governance, quality monitoring and performance analysis. Coach, mentor and develop Home Managers and senior teams to strengthen compliance and leadership. Review policies, procedures and clinical governance frameworks to ensure best practice. Investigate incidents, complaints and safeguarding concerns, identifying learning opportunities. Monitor regulatory compliance, risk management and service performance to ensure consistently high standards. What We're Looking For Extensive experience within quality, governance or compliance in elderly care. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards and clinical governance. Experience supporting turnaround, improvement or inspection readiness projects. Confident leader with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to analyse data, identify risks and implement effective improvement strategies. Flexible approach with the ability to travel between services where required.
