An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Clinical Lead to join a well-established, high-quality elderly care service in Liverpool. This is an ideal role for a passionate Registered Nurse who is committed to delivering exceptional person-centred care while supporting, developing and leading a dedicated clinical team. The Role Provide clinical leadership across the service, ensuring exceptional standards of nursing care. Lead, mentor and develop the nursing and care teams to promote a positive, high-performing culture. Oversee medication management, care planning, clinical audits and risk assessments. Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding and clinical governance requirements. Work closely with the Home Manager to drive continuous improvement and achieve outstanding outcomes. Support staff training, competency assessments and clinical supervision. Build positive relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders. Promote dignity, independence and person-centred care throughout the service. What We're Looking For Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN. Previous experience as a Clinical Lead, Deputy Manager, Unit Manager or Senior Nurse within elderly care. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, clinical governance and safeguarding. Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills. Passion for delivering outstanding resident-focused care.
