System Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the technology infrastructure is secure, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business needs.
• Responsible for maintaining and improving core infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoint management systems, identity services, and cybersecurity controls.
• Maintain Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure services.
• Manage Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, endpoint configuration, device compliance, patching, and identity management strategies.
• Maintain system availability, performance, backups, disaster recovery capabilities, and overall reliability of business-critical infrastructure and cloud platforms.
• Administer cybersecurity controls including MFA, Conditional Access, endpoint security, access controls, vulnerability remediation, and participation in security incident response activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, operational standards, procedures, and system administration best practices.
• Lead and support infrastructure, cloud, endpoint, automation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain reliable, secure, and high-performing infrastructure, cloud platforms, endpoints, and business-critical systems.
• Complete patching, endpoint updates, vulnerability remediation, and access-control administration in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of systems administration experience.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Intune, and Windows Server.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise environments.
• PowerShell and automation experience preferred.
