Commercial Property Manager

Responsibilities:

• Tenant Relations & Leasing: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving conflict. Manage move-ins and move-outs, and conduct tours for prospective tenants.
• Property Operations & Maintenance: Conduct regular site inspections and oversee preventive maintenance programs for building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing). Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and janitorial services to ensure high-quality repair work.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, building codes, and safety standards. Enforce lease terms and manage vendor insurance certificates.
• Capital Projects: Oversee renovations, tenant improvements, and capital improvement projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in commercial property management.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, Angus, MRI) and MS Office Suite.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for handling tenant complaints, vendor contracts, and owner relations.
