Position
An opportunity exists for a Process Engineer to join a growing team based in Melbourne.
Reporting to the Principal Process Engineer, this role will support the delivery of projects from concept through to commissioning, contributing to the design and implementation of advanced water treatment and resource recovery systems.
This is a technically driven role, offering exposure to both water treatment and mineral processing applications, with involvement across detailed design, commissioning, and optimisation phases.

Position

Key Responsibilities
- Apply process engineering expertise across detailed design and project delivery phases
- Prepare key process deliverables including equipment sizing, datasheets, specifications, and process calculations
- Develop and review PFDs, P&IDs, control philosophies, and technical documentation
- Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimisation of treatment systems
- Ensure designs comply with relevant standards, codes, and engineering best practices
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure coordinated design and timely delivery of project milestones
- Contribute to continuous improvement of process design and engineering standards
- Degree qualified in Chemical, Process, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline
- Experience delivering process design from concept through to commissioning
- Proficient in preparing process documentation including PFDs, P&IDs, and design reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability, with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems
