With a strong track record in design and construct (D&C) project delivery, the business is currently delivering a large-scale sewage treatment project in regional NSW and is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to lead site-based delivery.
Position Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $50M+ D&C sewage treatment project based in regional NSW.
This is a site-based role overseeing a multidisciplinary project across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes, ensuring successful delivery through construction and commissioning phases.
The project is expected to run for approximately two years, with strong potential for ongoing work beyond completion.
This role offers a unique lifestyle opportunity, combining a major infrastructure project with a coastal regional setting. Relocation is required, with LAFHA or relocation assistance available.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead full project delivery across a $50M+ D&C sewage treatment project
- Manage site-based construction, installation and commissioning activities
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, mechanical and electrical scopes
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Ensure delivery in line with program, budget and quality requirements
- Maintain strong safety leadership and ensure compliance across site operations
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project performance and provide regular reporting
- Identify and manage risks, issues and opportunities across delivery
Required Experience
- Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering D&C water or wastewater treatment projects
- Strong background across multidisciplinary infrastructure projects (civil, mechanical, electrical)
- Experience managing site-based delivery through construction and commissioning
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate multiple stakeholders
- Strong commercial and project management capability
- Experience working for a head contractor or similar delivery environment
- Ability to relocate to regional NSW for the duration of the project
