Our client is a well-established local council committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and making it easier for customers to access Government services.

They are currently seeking two motivated Contracts Administrators to join their high-performing and dynamic team within the Cleansing and Resource Recovery Unit. These Sydney CBD-based opportunities include one 6-month contract and one 12-month contract.


The Job
Reporting through to a Team Leader, you will be responsible for the following duties:
  • Conduct field inspections to monitor compliance, service delivery, and identify issues such as bin presentation and illegal dumping.
  • Resolve customer complaints through Pathways by gathering information and providing effective solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with contractors, stakeholders, and building managers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service across phone and email enquiries.
  • Complete weekly administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.

You

To qualify for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the personal qualities below:
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Experience using CRM systems, with the ability to quickly learn new platforms (Pathways, GeoCortex, OneCRM).
  • An interest in contracts or contract administration is ideal. 
  • Confidence communicating with customers and stakeholders via phone and email.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
