They are seeking a passionate and empathetic Client Service Officer to join their team in Parramatta, with an immediate start available.

Please note that this role is based full-time in the Parramatta office, requiring attendance on-site five days per week (Monday to Friday), from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The position is offered on a rolling monthly contract.


The Job
Reporting through to a Manager, you will be accountable for:
  • Managing a high volume of face-to-face client enquiries and service requests in a fast-paced environment.
  • Plan and manage a portfolio of customer finances with a focus on medium to long-term goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and aspirations.
  • Listen and respond to concerns from customers and stakeholders to resolve issues.
  • Managing sensitive documentation and complying with legislation and policy. 
  • Managing general administration such a records management, filing and data entry.

You

To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role, with a sound understanding of financial management. 
  • Previous experience supporting community members or working with vulnerable clients will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated experience in legal, financial planning, or client service support roles.
  • Background in the legal, banking, or government sectors is highly regarded.
  • Willing and able to participate in a rotating phone roster, shared fairly among team members, covering morning and afternoon shifts between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
  • Case management experience is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively.
