Join a dynamic organisation dedicated to delivering meaningful improvements across the community services sector. This highly regarded NSW Government department is seeking an experienced HR Project Coordinator to support a significant organisational change initiative.

The ideal candidate will have strong project coordination and executive support experience within HR and/or organisational change programs. This is an immediate-start contract through to 30 September 2026, with the potential for extension. The role is based in the Sydney CBD.

 
The Job…..
In this Project Coordinator role, reporting into the HR Change Manager, your key accountabilities include:
  • Coordinate HR projects, including project plans, timelines, and progress reporting.
  • Monitor project milestones, risks, and issues, escalating where required.
  • Prepare governance documentation, briefing papers, reports, and meeting minutes.
  • Provide high-level executive support, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials for senior leadership.
  
You…..
To be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following:
  • Experience in HR project coordination and/or organisational change.
  • Executive support experience at a senior leadership level.
  • Previous public sector project experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Knowledge of government processes and compliance (desirable).
