The Job
Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader, this is a hands on coordinator role that spans campaign execution, marketing operations, content production, and design. You'll work across a broad remit and have real ownership of your workflows. Day to day, you can expect to be across:

The Job
Reporting to the Marketing Team Leader, this is a hands on coordinator role that spans campaign execution, marketing operations, content production, and design. You'll work across a broad remit and have real ownership of your workflows. Day to day, you can expect to be across:
Marketing Operations & CRM
- HubSpot administration — building and maintaining workflows, lead routing, and lifecycle stages
- Preparing weekly and monthly marketing performance reports
- Supporting marketing attribution and settlement reconciliation
- Managing incoming requests and coordinating workflow priorities
- Assisting with compliance reviews of marketing materials
- Creating EDMs, social media assets, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials
- Maintaining brand consistency across customer and broker facing communications
- Updating forms, downloadable resources, and digital asset libraries
- Supporting the execution of email, SMS, and social media campaigns
- Assisting with scheduling, testing, and deployment
- Monitoring online reviews and supporting customer engagement initiatives
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Sales, Broker Services, Credit, and Legal
- Identifying opportunities for automation and workflow efficiencies
- Utilising AI tools to improve content development and marketing operations
- Contributing to documentation of marketing SOPs and best practices
You're organised, detail oriented, and comfortable moving between creative and operational work. You'll bring:
- 2+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or digital marketing role
- A tertiary qualification in business, communications, or a related field
- Hands on experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sharp eye for detail
- The ability to manage competing priorities without dropping the ball on quality
- Experience in financial services or a regulated industry — well regarded but not a dealbreaker
- Comfort using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to improve efficiency
