Role Overview

You will be responsible for managing the advice process from initial client conversations through to implementation, while working closely with the broader advice team to deliver a high level of client service.
Responsibilities
- Providing quality personal risk advice to new and existing clients
- Conducting client meetings and identifying protection needs
- Developing and presenting tailored risk strategies
- Managing the advice and implementation process
- Building strong, long-term relationships with clients
- Working collaboratively with Financial Advisers, Paraplanners and the broader support team
- Maintaining high standards of compliance and documentation
Skills & Experience
- Several years of experience providing personal risk advice
- FASEA education requirements completed
- Strong technical knowledge across life, TPD, income protection and trauma insurance
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- A client-focused approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to manage your own client relationships and advice process
- Relevant financial planning qualifications and industry experience
