IT Business Analyst - AI & Enterprise System

Role Overview
We're seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to join a collaborative technology team and play a key role in delivering enterprise-wide improvement initiatives.

This 12-month contract opportunity sits at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, define requirements and support the successful implementation of new systems, AI-enabled solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation
• Facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across business and technology teams
• Support AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives from concept through to implementation
• Work closely with delivery teams during solution design, testing and deployment
• Support data, reporting and process improvement initiatives
• Contribute to service management and continuous improvement activities
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful solution outcomes

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
• Demonstrated experience supporting AI, automation, digital or technology transformation programs
• Strong requirements elicitation, process mapping and documentation skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements
• Experience working across enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, Finance, Procurement or Data platforms
• Sound understanding of ITIL principles and IT service management practices
• Strong exposure to Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online, Teams, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience supporting testing, UAT and implementation activities
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Familiarity with Agile and/or hybrid delivery methodologies
