A purpose-driven international organisation is seeking a Fundraising Data & CRM Administrator to support the day-to-day operation of its fundraising CRM and supporter database environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a CRM or database professional who enjoys working with data, improving processes, supporting end users, and ensuring high standards of data quality and governance.

The opportunity reports to the Data & Insights Lead, you will play a key role in maintaining CRM operations, supporting fundraising activities, and ensuring data remains accurate, secure, and fit for purpose.

You will work closely with fundraising, technology, and data stakeholders to support campaigns, troubleshoot issues, maintain business processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer CRM users, permissions, and system access
• Monitor workflows, integrations, and scheduled processes
• Perform data imports, exports, and operational processing activities
• Investigate and resolve data and system issues
• Support fundraising campaigns through accurate data preparation and administration
• Maintain data quality through cleansing and deduplication activities
• Ensure compliance with privacy, governance, and security standards
• Create and maintain system and process documentation
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Experience administering a CRM, database, or customer management platform
• Strong data processing and data quality management skills
• Experience with imports, exports, segmentation, or campaign support activities
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving capability
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• A solid understanding of privacy, governance, and secure data handling principles

Desirable Experience

• Fundraising, donor, membership, or supporter database experience
• Experience working within the not-for-profit sector
• Exposure to Blackbaud, Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar CRM platforms
