Your Impact:
Reporting into Claims Leadership, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of quality claims outcomes while helping to build capability across the team.
You will manage your own portfolio of complex Personal Accident claims, provide technical support to Assessors, and contribute to a culture focused on consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.

Your Impact:
Reporting into Claims Leadership, this role is responsible for supporting the delivery of quality claims outcomes while helping to build capability across the team.
You will manage your own portfolio of complex Personal Accident claims, provide technical support to Assessors, and contribute to a culture focused on consistency, accountability and continuous improvement.

- Oversee a portfolio of complex Personal Accident and Accident & Health claims
- Provide technical guidance and support on complex claim decisions
- Mentor and coach Claims Assessors to build confidence and capability
- Support day-to-day workflow management and prioritisation
- Complete quality reviews and promote strong claims practices
- Assist with training, onboarding and knowledge sharing
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
- Support governance, compliance and reporting requirements
- Build trusted relationships with brokers, customers and internal stakeholders
- 4+ years’ experience across Personal Accident, Accident & Sickness, Injury or Health Claims
- Strong technical claims knowledge and assessment capability
- Experience supporting, coaching or leading team members
- Confidence managing complex claims and making sound decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to adapt in a changing environment
- Salary of up to 125K + Super
