Quality & Compliance Coordinator | Brisbane, QLD

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Quality & Compliance Coordinator with knowledge in ISO Systems for our client working on civil and environmental projects based in Brisbane, QLD.

This role will suit a hands-on Quality & Compliance Coordinator with strong experience in integrated management systems, compliance, and ISO framework delivery, ideally within civil construction, environmental, or infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and improve IMS systems aligned with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001
• Manage document control processes ensuring systems remain compliant and audit ready
• Maintain key compliance registers including risk, incidents, training, plant, and environmental records
• Manage corrective actions and non-conformance reporting through to close out
• Build reports, dashboards, and compliance tracking tools
• Support Project Managers with QA, reporting, and compliance requirements
• Assist with internal and external audits
• Ensure site teams are adhering to company systems and procedures
• Support the transition of paper-based systems into online platforms

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience working with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 systems
• Strong understanding of QA, compliance, document control, and reporting processes
• Experience managing NCRs, CARs, and audit actions
• Ability to build clear documentation, reporting, and compliance outputs
• High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
• Background within civil construction, environmental, remediation, or infrastructure projects
• Confident communicating with site teams and maintaining standards across operations
• Internal auditor qualifications highly regarded
• Experience building or improving systems from the ground up highly regarded
