Roller Operators | 2:1 DIDO Roster | Immediate Start | Qld

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is seeking experienced Roller Operators for an upcoming civil project in Dirranbandi QLD (2 hours from St George). This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent work on a 2:1 DIDO roster with full camp provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Padfoot, Smooth Drum and Multi Tyre Rollers safely and efficiently.
• Perform compaction works in accordance with project specifications.
• Conduct pre-start checks and basic daily maintenance on machinery.
• Identify and report any mechanical faults or safety hazards.
• Follow site safety procedures and environmental requirements at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area.
• Assist with other civil construction tasks when required.

Our Ideal Candidate: 

• Previous experience operating Padfoot, Smooth Drum and Multi Tyre Rollers.
• Experience working on civil construction projects.
• Stabilising experience is highly regarded but not essential.
• Holds a current White Card and relevant Roller ticket/RII (preferred).
• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work effectively within a team.
• Willing to commit to a 2:1 DIDO roster for the duration of the project.

• $53.00/flat rate + Travel Allowance 
• Immediate start | 11-12 hour days 
• 2:1 DIDO roster | Full Camp Provided
• Approximately 2.5 months of ongoing work
• Weekly Pay
