Head of Organisational Development

Salary: $200k package Hours: Full time - 3 days office / 2 wfh / flexible start & finish Why join this organisation? The Role This is a newly created role, reporting to the GM of People & Culture and leading a team of 2 HR direct reports plus the Talent Acquisition team (1 direct report, 5 indirect). Your goal is to design and deliver on improvements and initiatives to the organisational framework throughout the employee lifecycle, and position them as an employer of choice. You role will include: Leading the design of a revitalised recognition program and framework. Enhancing the current proactive performance management framework Consulting with senior leaders, building upon the organisation’s succession plan Partnering with the P&C team to develop and implement retention strategies Working in partnership with senior leaders and the P&C team to develop and roll out culture and capability offerings across the employee lifecycle. Leading the design, development, establishment and delivery of workforce enablement and transformation projects Developing and implementing tools for the monitoring and evaluation of programs, identifying risks and barriers to success Overseeing the Talent Acquisition team and implementing creative attraction strategies to meet high demand. About you You are degree qualified in Organisational Psychology, HR or a relevant discipline coupled with previous experience implementing strategic HR, OD or Change Management programs. In addition, you will have: Experience designing enterprise level OD initiatives and understand the bigger picture and context. Ability to coach, consult and facilitate group processes and can facilitate and present convincingly A strong track record of implementing successful initiatives and strategies that positively impact workforces and culture. Capability to develop Talent Acquisition initiatives in a challenging environment Credible influencing skills Proven stakeholder relationship management experience Health requirements This organisation has a commitment to the safety and well-being of their clients and staff, as such all employees must already be (or have the willingness to be) triple vaccinated against COVID-19.
