Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Sales Manager for one of our clients!
Our client is searching for an experienced and high-energy Sales Manager to lead their real estate acquisitions team at their Scottsdale, Arizona headquarters. This is an exceptional opportunity for a leader who is ready to build, train, and scale a top-performing team in an on-site role, driving growth and excellence in the real estate investment industry.
Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager, you will be pivotal in driving rapid expansion, with a strategic vision to double the company's size within the next 12-24 months. You will initially manage a team of 3-5, with plans to grow the team to 11. Your mission is to develop, motivate, and lead a results-driven team that thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Structure & Compensation
- Full-Time, Onsite (Scottsdale, AZ)
- Base Salary: $60,000 - $100,000 + 1% Override Commissions + Performance Bonuses
- First-Year OTE: $130,000 - $150,000
- W2 Position
What This Job Entails:
Key Objectives:
- Drive rapid growth and establish the company as a top 5 competitor in the real estate industry nationwide.
- Oversee the hiring process and expansion of the acquisitions team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to maximize team performance.
- Establish strategic growth plans and ensure seamless execution of acquisition strategies.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Recruit, coach, and lead a high-caliber sales team focused on real estate acquisitions.
- Cultivate a work culture centered on trust, loyalty, development, and a high-energy, goal-oriented atmosphere.
- Ensure team members remain organized, punctual, and aligned with
- company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading and growing successful sales teams, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong training and team development skills, with the ability to motivate and maintain a high-energy environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
