Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative for one of our clients!  Our client is a premier provider of continuing postgrad dental implant education for over 30 years. With a long-standing reputation for excellence, they have established themselves as the nation's largest and most prestigious provider of dental implant courses. As a Customer Service Representative, you will deliver exceptional customer service to healthcare professionals seeking to expand their knowledge and skills through a diverse range of courses and programs. You will be the first point of contact for valued clients, addressing their inquiries and providing essential information. You will be responsible for managing a high volume of phone and email inquiries, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that the doctors receive the highest level of service possible. 


Structure & Compensation


  • Full-Time Hybrid Opportunity  - W2 Position with Benefits
  • $40,000/yr base + commission + bonus
  • On Target Earnings 1st Year $100,000+
  • Current reps are achieving north of $125,000+
  • Top Reps earning $170,000/yr+
  • Office located in Aventura, FL by Greynolds Park
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday (8:30 am - 5pm) 
  • 4 days in the office and 1 day remote 
  • Extended hours, including evenings and weekends, are expected during peak times and event dates

Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Respond to and follow up on all sales leads to drive course enrollments.
  • Market educational services to existing and prospective clients, including outreach to warm and cold leads.
  • Effectively close sales, with courses starting at $4,900+.
  • Maintain clear and persuasive communication, actively listening to client needs and responding appropriately.
  • Accurately enter data into the CRM, maintaining detailed call notes and client records.
  • Manage course catalogs, enrollment information, and coordinate logistics for on-site and virtual courses.
  • Confirm and update clients on order progress, manage administrative duties, and oversee promotional supplies and course setup materials.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to plan course schedules, topics, and featured speakers.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including travel for events.
  • Availability to answer calls outside of regular business hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to travel domestically as needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

  • A proven background in customer service, with a strong focus on communication and problem-solving skills
  • A genuine passion for assisting others and contributing to the betterment of the medical industry
  • Medical industry experience is highly desirable but not mandatory
