We are looking for confident, goal-oriented Sales Program Experts to join the team remotely. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for conducting pre-set strategy sessions via Zoom with warm, pre-qualified inbound leads. This role is ideal for someone with strong outbound calling experience, a passion for personal development, and a track record of closing high-ticket sales.
Structure & Compensation:
- Full-Time Remote Opportunity (Nationwide)
- Commission + Bonuses, with earnings averaging $6,000-$10,000+ per month
- W2 position
What This Job Entails:
- Client Enrollment: Conduct back-to-back 90-minute Zoom strategy sessions to enroll clients into personal development and coaching certification programs.
- Lead Management: Handle inbound, pre-qualified leads—no cold calling required.
- Database Management: Enter prospect information into the sales CRM and track opportunities.
- Performance Goals: Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth client enrollment process.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, with a strong track record in outbound calling.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
