ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Injury Management Consultant to step into a varied and client-facing role where no two days are the same. Working closely with employers, injured workers and healthcare providers, you will manage end-to-end injury management and rehabilitation processes to support safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. You’ll utilise your allied health background in a more strategic and consultative environment while building trusted relationships with clients and stakeholders.

DUTIES
- Manage workplace injury and rehabilitation cases from initial assessment through to return to work
- Develop tailored injury management and recovery plans
- Consult with employers, insurers and healthcare providers to drive positive outcomes
- Provide expert advice on injury prevention and workplace rehabilitation strategies
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio
- Facilitate return-to-work planning and monitor ongoing progress
- Prepare reports and maintain accurate case documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and client outcomes
- Allied health qualifications and relevant certifications
- Previous experience in injury management and workplace rehabilitation
- Strong understanding of return-to-work frameworks and rehabilitation practices
- Proven consulting or client-facing experience
- Experience working outside of purely clinical environments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Competitive salary package of $100,000 – $120,000 + Super
