Their work creates lasting impact across NSW, supported by a passionate, collaborative workforce that values innovation, inclusion and continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to join an organisation where purpose and leadership go hand in hand.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Director of Community Programs, this is a genuine Senior Manager opportunity offering the chance to lead one of ACON's most significant community health portfolios during an exciting period of growth.

With responsibility for governance, funding growth, service excellence, financial management and stakeholder engagement, you'll play a pivotal role in strengthening existing services while shaping their future direction.

Leading a growing team and representing ACON across government, research and community partnerships, you'll have the opportunity to influence strategy, build capability and position the portfolio for significant expansion over the coming years.
