The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Business BA to join a fast-paced environment on an initial 3-month contract, supporting key operational and transformation initiatives.
Working closely with business stakeholders, you will analyse current state processes, identify improvement opportunities, facilitate workshops, and support the delivery of practical, scalable business solutions. The role will suit someone who is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable navigating operational complexity in a large organisation.

- Working cross-functionally across operations, technology and business teams
- Developing process maps, business cases, workflows and supporting documentation
- Assisting with implementation planning and change readiness activities
- Supporting consistency and alignment across ways of working

- Problem Solving & Delivery Focus - Able to identify practical solutions, simplify complexity, and support initiatives through to implementation.
- Adaptability - Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
