The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role will lead the development and optimisation of learning systems and capability development across a growing national network.
As the organisation grows sites across a national network, you partner with the business to transform learning from a series of training activities into a scalable capability system that supports readiness, progression and performance across the business.
The Right Fit
We are seeking a commercially minded and systems-oriented capability leader with a strong track record of building scalable learning frameworks within growing, multi-site organisations.
You are equally comfortable designing capability frameworks as you are driving implementation and business adoption. You thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy bringing structure to complexity and have a genuine passion for creating capability systems that improve performance, consistency and employee experience.
Essential capabilities to ensure impact include:
- Learning Systems & Capability Architecture – Demonstrated experience designing and implementing scalable learning frameworks, competency models and capability pathways that support workforce performance and growth.
- Learning Management Systems & Governance – Proven experience leading LMS platforms and learning technologies, including governance, reporting, compliance tracking, automation and user adoption.
- Capability Assessment & Workforce Readiness – Experience developing assessment frameworks, role readiness models and capability measurement systems that provide visibility of skills, performance and progression.
- Operational Learning & Performance Enablement – Ability to translate operational requirements into structured learning solutions that drive consistency, capability and service excellence across dispersed teams.
- Data, Insights & Continuous Improvement – Strong analytical capability, with experience using learning and workforce data to inform decision making, measure effectiveness and drive ongoing improvement.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Influence – Demonstrated ability to lead capability teams, influence senior stakeholders and partner effectively across operational and corporate functions.
