The Opportunity
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will lead and small team to delivery best in class talent acquisition, business partnering as well as people operations and experience functions across a growing national network.
Partnering closely with leaders across the business, you will build the people systems, processes and capability required to support continued growth, while strengthening workforce planning, talent acquisition, people experience and risk management.

We are seeking a commercially minded and people-centric leader with a strong track record of building scalable people functions within growing, multi-site organisations.
You are equally comfortable designing strategic frameworks as you are rolling up your sleeves to drive execution. You thrive in fast-paced organisations, enjoy solving complex people challenges and have a genuine passion for creating environments where individuals and teams can perform at their best.
Essential capabilities to ensure impact include:
- People Operations & Employee Experience – Demonstrated experience leading People Services, HR Operations and employee lifecycle programs that deliver consistent, scalable and engaging employee experiences.
- Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning – Proven ability to develop talent strategies, workforce plans and recruitment frameworks that support organisational growth and capability needs.
- Culture & Organisational Development – Experience embedding organisational values, strengthening culture and designing initiatives that improve engagement, retention and performance.
- Employee Relations & Compliance – Strong knowledge of employment legislation, employee relations and governance frameworks, with the ability to balance risk management and commercial outcomes.
- People Systems & Continuous Improvement– Experience implementing and optimising people systems, reporting frameworks and operational processes that improve efficiency, data quality and decision making.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Influence – Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams, coach leaders and influence stakeholders across diverse operational environments.
