SAP Training Consultant

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced SAP Trainer to join a major business transformation program delivering enterprise-wide SAP capability uplift. This 10-month contract offers the chance to play a critical role in driving user adoption, capability building, and long-term success across multiple business functions.

Working closely with project teams, business stakeholders, and leadership groups, you will design and deliver engaging SAP learning experiences, create user-focused training materials, and provide ongoing coaching and support. 

You will contribute to a high-profile transformation program covering Finance, Sales, Customer Operations, and Supply Chain functions while helping users build confidence and capability with new SAP processes and tools.

This is: what you'll do

• Deliver engaging user training programs using SAP Enable Now
• Design and develop eLearning modules, training courses, and learning content
• Create user guides, quick reference materials, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with project teams to align learning outcomes with business objectives
• Support change adoption through effective learning and capability initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge transfer activities
• Provide ongoing post-training support to reinforce learning outcomes
• Drive user readiness across multiple business functions and operational teams
• Contribute to continuous improvement of learning approaches and training assets

This is: what you'll need

• Proven experience delivering SAP training within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise using SAP EnableNow and/or WalkMe
• Experience developing eLearning content, learning pathways, and training materials
• Knowledge across one or more SAP functional areas including FI/CO, SD, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, or WMS
• Strong stakeholder engagement 
• Experience supporting business transformation or ERP programs
• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA highly regarded
• Strong coaching, communication, and relationship building skills
