We're seeking an experienced SAP Training Lead to drive end-to-end learning delivery across a large-scale SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program.
Commencing in late August 2026, on an initial 8-month contract, this role will lead the full training lifecycle, from training needs analysis and capability planning through to solution design, training delivery, adoption, and post-go-live support. You'll work closely with Change Managers, SMEs, Functional Consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure users are equipped to successfully navigate new processes and systems.

This is: what you'll do
- Lead all phases of the training workstream across the SAP S/4HANA transformation program
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop comprehensive capability and learning plans
- Design role-based learning solutions using instructor-led, virtual, digital, and self-paced formats
- Oversee the development of training materials, user guides, learning collateral, and knowledge resources
- Manage training schedules, environments, participant engagement, and delivery activities
- Collaborate with Change Managers, SMEs, Functional Consultants, and business leaders to align training outcomes
- Drive training communications and readiness activities in line with project milestones
- Report on training progress, learner participation, adoption metrics, and effectiveness outcomes
- Support go-live preparation and post-implementation learning reinforcement activities
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives based on learner feedback and business outcomes
This is: what you'll need
- Minimum 8 years' experience delivering training and enablement across SAP transformation programs
- Proven experience leading training strategy, design, and deployment within large-scale SAP environments
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and associated business processes
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning and SAP Enable Now highly regarded
- Expertise in Training Needs Analysis, capability planning, and learning effectiveness measurement
- Demonstrated success developing and delivering multi-format learning programs
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across business and project teams
- Experience working closely with Change Management functions and organisational readiness activities
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
- Ability to operate effectively within complex, fast-paced transformation environments
- Lead the training function for a significant enterprise-wide SAP transformation
- Influence adoption outcomes across business, HR, finance, and technology teams
- Partner with senior stakeholders and transformation leaders throughout the program lifecycle
- Long-term contract engagement through to 31 May 2027 with high visibility and impact
