Talent Acquisition Manager

Salary: $160k package (base + super + NFP salary packaging) Hours: Full time (3 days office / 2 wfh) Why join this organisation? The role This is a newly created role for a seasoned agency or internal recruitment/talent leader, reporting into the Head of Organisational Development to support and drive the future strategy of the organisation from a talent perspective. As Talent Acquisition Manager one of your key priorities is to lead and manage your team of 5, however a willingness to be hands on when required is essential and set the standards of true team player-ship across the culture of the team. Your role will include: Management and leadership of a team of 5 Talent Acquisition Consultants and admin support. Analysing, measuring and reporting on all aspects of what makes a Talent Acquisition team efficient and successful Liaising with and be an escalation point for the aged care Regional Managers, ensuring their talent needs are met Maintaining quality and meaningful communications between the aged care facilities, the Talent Acquisition team, Marketing and the Organisational Development team. Consistently seeking out improvement, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing processes and procedures that enhance productivity and successful placement of new employees Providing hands on support to critical and/or executive level roles utilising your networks and experience to ensure these roles are managed effectively and professionally. About you You are a career recruitment professional, either coming directly from agency team management experience or from managing another internal talent acquisition team. You have a passion to support a mission driven organisation that values people, from the internal staff to their aged care clients. In addition, you will have: Proven management experience, either as an experienced Team Leader looking for your next step up, or Manager of a similar sized team Developed and executed a robust recruitment strategy Experience with and a broad understanding of the latest technology and how to maximise efficiency across a variety of tools and analytics Passion for creating an enviable candidate experience, driving applications and developing talent pipelines to proactively support the organisations talent needs Previous experience in aged care, allied health or healthcare in general is desirable. Alternatively extensive experience in high volume, candidate tight recruitment markets. Great energy to set the standard of a fast paced, unrelenting, dedicated talent acquisition team with delivery of great services to the elderly at the heart of every achievement.
