The Role
You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the client portfolio. This role has full accountability for the growth, retention and optimisation of the portfolio while also working alongside an experienced Senior Account Manager, where you will gain exposure to large commercial clients and complex risks.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of the client portfolio. This role has full accountability for the growth, retention and optimisation of the portfolio while also working alongside an experienced Senior Account Manager, where you will gain exposure to large commercial clients and complex risks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and face-to-face interactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders.
- Conduct client risk reviews and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies and industry standards.
- Manage policy administration, including new business, renewals, endorsements, quotes and certificates of currency.
- Drive portfolio growth by identifying cross-sell, up-sell and new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end claims process.
- Manage debtor accounts and support timely premium collections.
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in insurance broking
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Keen to develop technically and progress into a senior broking role
