Account Executive

The Opportunity Working closely with experienced Account Managers and Account Executives, you'll play a key role in supporting the management of commercial insurance portfolios while developing your own broking capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the management of commercial and mid-market client accounts.
• Preparing quotations, renewals, endorsements and policy documentation.
• Liaising with insurers to obtain terms and negotiate policy placements.
• Responding to client enquiries and delivering a high standard of customer service.
• Supporting senior brokers with day-to-day account management activities.
• Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with industry and regulatory requirements.
• Developing your technical knowledge across a broad range of commercial insurance products.

About You To be successful, you'll ideally have:

• Previous experience in insurance broking, underwriting, claims or a similar insurance support role.
• A genuine interest in building a career in commercial insurance broking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualifications (or a willingness to obtain them) will be highly regarded.
