Excellent opportunity to join a market-leading engineering services provider, as our client looks to appoint a Production Supervisor to support operations within a highly regulated manufacturing environment in North Dublin.

Our client is a well-established engineering services organisation that specialises in supporting life sciences, manufacturing, facilities, and utility operations across Ireland. With a strong reputation in the market and a growing workforce, they continue to secure long-term contracts within highly regulated production environments.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a team of maintenance technicians at a major manufacturing facility in Dublin.
Role:
Based in North Dublin, the successful Production Supervisor will lead a team of mechanical and electrical technicians within a busy production environment. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment uptime, supporting maintenance activities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
Responsibilities include:
- Supervising a team of mechanical and electrical technicians
- Supporting the delivery of maintenance activities across the production area
- Implementing best practice maintenance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Driving lean methodologies and operational efficiencies
- Investigating deviations and ensuring corrective actions are implemented
- Working closely with management to minimise downtime and improve reliability
- Managing shift rosters and annual leave schedules to ensure adequate site coverage
- Promoting high standards of safety, compliance, and performance
- Supporting the ongoing development of the maintenance team
Person:
This role will suit candidates with supervisory experience within a manufacturing, pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated production environment.
- Mechanical or Electrical qualification/trade background preferred
- Previous experience as a Production Supervisor, Maintenance Supervisor, Team Lead, or similar
- Experience working within a regulated manufacturing environment such as life sciences, pharmaceutical, medical device, or cleanroom operations
- Strong people management and leadership skills
- Understanding of maintenance best practices and continuous improvement methodologies
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
