Location: South Dublin | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: €60,000 – €75,000 DOE

The Role

A Finishing Foreman role on a major high-rise residential development. You’ll be key to getting units over the line and maintaining standards through the final stages.

  • Oversee all finishing works across the project
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Drive programme targets while keeping quality high
  • Enforce health & safety standards on site
  • Monitor works to ensure compliance with drawings and specs
  • Attend site meetings and support overall site delivery
  • Push trades to completion while maintaining strong relationships


The Person

This role suits an experienced Foreman or someone stepping into a finishing-focused position on larger builds.

  • Background as a Finishing Foreman, Foreman or Senior Tradesperson
  • Experience on residential projects, ideally with apartments or high-rise
  • Exposure to basements or underground car parks is a plus
  • Strong eye for detail and quality control
  • Confident managing subcontractors and site teams
  • Good communication and organisation skills
  • Comfortable with site reporting and paperwork
