CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking an experienced Site Supervisor for our client working on commercial construction projects based in Darwin, NT.
This role will suit a hands-on Site Supervisor with strong experience in commercial building delivery, ideally within Design & Construct (D&C) environments. Our client delivers projects ranging from commercial fit-outs through to new builds valued up to $20M and is seeking someone who can lead site operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations and construction activities
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, labour and materials
- Monitor project programmes and construction schedules
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to specification
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality standards
- Manage site inductions, permits and compliance requirements
- Lead toolbox talks and promote a positive safety culture
- Coordinate defect rectification and handover activities
- Liaise with clients, consultants and internal project stakeholders
- Report on project progress, risks and site performance
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Trade qualified, preferably Carpentry
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor within commercial construction
- Strong Design & Construct (D&C) project experience
- Experience delivering commercial fit-outs and new build projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and programme management
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and project outcomes
- Current White Card and Driver's Licence
