Project & Sourcing Executive

We are partnering with a leading international company operating across global markets. Due to business expansion, we are looking for talented professionals to join a dynamic team supporting sourcing, procurement, project coordination and product development activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate projects and ensure smooth execution from planning to delivery
  • Manage supplier communication and monitor production timelines
  • Support sourcing, purchasing and product development activities
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, customers and overseas suppliers
  • Track project progress, identify risks and drive solutions
  • Ensure timely delivery, quality standards and cost targets are achieved

Requirements

  • 3-8 years' experience in sourcing, purchasing, merchandising, project coordination or supply chain
  • Experience gained from buying offices, trading companies, sourcing offices, importers or international businesses is highly preferred
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-minded, proactive and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Good command of English and Chinese
