Join a fast-growing cross-border e-commerce/logistics business to drive profitable, competitive pricing. You’ll build pricing/cost models, support commercial decisions, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
Key responsibilities
Build and maintain cost, routing, and pricing models across lanes/segments/weight breaks
Prepare rate cards, quotations, and pricing cases; ensure accuracy and governance alignment
Run scenario analysis to assess margin/revenue/cost impact
Track actual performance vs. assumptions; identify margin leakage and improvement actions
Deliver reporting on yield, discounts, cost-to-serve, and profitability
Support weekly commercial governance meetings with analysis and recommendations
Support price increases/indexation based on cost drivers (supplier rates, fuel/index, etc.)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (Finance/Economics/Business or similar)
5+ years in pricing, commercial analytics, revenue management, or similar
Strong stakeholder management, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
