- $80-85k + super pending experience + bonus
- Managing and processing own portfolio of complex travel claims from end to end
- Acting as a technical referral point for more junior members in the team
- Assisting claims team in providing best possible customer service
- Complaints resolution handling
- Registering claims information and answering policy queries.
- Annual remuneration reviews.
- Background in travel, A&H or personal accident claims is essential
- Medical or allied health background is ideal
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to learn quickly.
