About the Role
As the Talent Program Coordinator, you'll be the central point of coordination for a high-profile leadership development program, ensuring every aspect of the participant experience is delivered seamlessly.
Working alongside an experienced Enterprise Talent team, you'll coordinate executive programs, manage events, support leadership assessments and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale leadership development program
- Manage program schedules, project timelines and forward planning
- Coordinate executive workshops, conferences and offsite events
- Manage venue bookings, logistics, speakers and program materials
- Coordinate participant nominations, onboarding and communications
- Schedule executive coaching sessions and leadership assessments
- Maintain program documentation, SharePoint sites and intranet content
- Support reporting, budgets and program administration
- Liaise with senior leaders, external partners and internal stakeholders
- Provide project support across broader Enterprise Talent initiatives

- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience managing documentation, scheduling and version control
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently
- An interest in Talent, Leadership Development or Human Resources
- Competitive daily rate of 435 + Super
- Hybrid working (2 days in the office)
