ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting to the Event Manager, this varied role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across events, digital communications and brand marketing. You'll support the delivery of industry events while helping create engaging content across social media, websites and digital channels. Working within a high-performing Marketing and Communications team, you'll help deliver integrated campaigns that strengthen engagement, build relationships and enhance the organisation's connection with stakeholders across Australia.

DUTIES

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of industry events, including logistics, registrations, suppliers and onsite support
• Manage sponsorship programs, stakeholder communications and partner deliverables
• Create engaging content across social media, web and digital communication channels
• Schedule, publish and maintain content across multiple platforms to support campaigns and projects
• Support budget tracking, reporting and project administration across events and communications activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated communications that strengthen stakeholder engagement

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Experience in events, communications, marketing or administration roles
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong written communication skills with experience creating digital or social media content
• Confident stakeholder management skills and the ability to coordinate external suppliers
• High attention to detail and proficiency across Microsoft 365 applications
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute new ideas
