Casual Merchandiser / Promo Worker – Supermarkets
2 days per week | $34.38 per hour (casual)
 
We’re currently working with one of our clients to find a reliable and outgoing merchandiser/promo worker to represent their food brand in supermarkets.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll be out on the shop floor engaging with customers, promoting products and making sure displays look the part. It suits someone who enjoys talking to people and is comfortable working independently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Promoting and representing the brand in a professional and approachable way
• Offering product samples and chatting with customers about features, ingredients and benefits
• Answering questions and encouraging product awareness and sales
• Setting up and maintaining in-store displays so they look fresh and on-brand
• Capturing customer feedback and sharing insights back with the wider team

What we’re looking for:

• Confident, engaging and happy to strike up a conversation
• Reliable and able to work independently in a retail environment
• Well-presented with a professional approach
• Previous retail, promo or customer-facing experience is a bonus
