Pub Banc Group Impacted Employee - Rapid Response Skills Initiative (RRSI) & Career Connector Registration 
 
Register here for Career Connector support to access the Rapid Response Skills Initiative (RRSI) that provides up to $3,000 of funding for Training for employees impacted by business closure, downsizing or retrenchment. 

Funded by the Tasmanian Government, Jobs Tasmania.

That training could be for Re-skilling, Work Related Tickets and Certifications to support and enhance the employability of workers that have been made redundant within the last 12 months. 

The Career Connector service will connect you to personalised Career Support to improve your employability with access to RRSI funded training and a Free Jobs Matching Service.  Career Connector provides advice with Training, connects you to the Network of Regional Local Jobs Hubs, relevant Service Providers and supports you into Employment Opportunities to re-establish your career. 
 
To be eligible, you must meet all of the below criteria: 

• have lost Casual, Full-time or Part-time work in the last 12 months due to Business Closure, Business Downsizing or Retrenchment
• be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident with a Tasmanian Residential address
• provide written evidence of job loss, redundancy or retrenchment (a Separation Certificate indicating Redundancy or Email/ Written Evidence of Redundancy)
• If you were employed by Local, State or Australian Government or Government Department, Business or Government Enterprise, you may not be eligible for RRSI funded training.
