Are you highly organised, reliable and passionate about property? We are seeking a motivated Property Manager to support our Client's busy Real Estate business. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, delivering exceptional service to their tenants and keeping their property portfolio running like clockwork.


What You Will Do
  • Assist with routine inspections and detailed property condition reports.
  • Handle maintenance requests and liaise directly with tradespeople
  • Act as a professional point of contact for tenants, handling open homes and applications
  • Prepare lease agreements, manage data entry, and handle department correspondence
  • Provide general administrative backing to ensure the smooth operation of the team
 
What We Are Looking For
  • Exceptional at communication, top-tier organisational skill and reliability
  • Prior experience in property management or real estate is required
  • A positive attitude, sharp attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks under pressure
  • Professional presentation with a strong focus on customer service
  • A current driver's licence is mandatory
