We are seeking an experienced iChris Payroll Professional on an initial 6-month Fixed Term contract, with possibilities of the role being made permanent.
Key Responsibilities
- Process end-to-end payroll across weekly pay cycles
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across all payroll transactions
- Interpret and apply relevant awards and Enterprise Agreements
- Resolve payroll queries from employees and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Maintain payroll records and support audit and reporting requirements
- Identify process issues and proactively bring solutions to the team
- Demonstrated end-to-end payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in iChris / Chris21 (strongly preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with a compliance-first mindset
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach — you don't just raise problems, you come with answers
- Immediately available or on a short notice period
