Supply Chain Manager

EMEA Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Supply Chain Manager for a manufacturing site near Barcelona.

This is a site-based leadership role focused on optimizing end-to-end Supply Chain processes in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a talented team, improve operational efficiencies, and drive cost savings across all Supply Chain activities.

Responsibilities of the Supply Chain Manager:

• Oversee end-to-end material planning, inventory management and logistics operations at the site
• Develop and implement strategies to improve lead times, capacity utilization, and inventory management
• Manage stakeholder relationships across site, regional, and central teams to ensure alignment
• Lead and develop a team, including coaching, performance management, and succession planning
• Drive cost-saving initiatives and Procurement targets aligned with site objectives
• Continuously analyze Supply Chain performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement proactive solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management within manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate teams
• Hands-on expertise in planning, inventory control, and capacity modeling
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities at all organizational levels
• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong social and presentation skills
• Proficiency in SAP and experience managing ERP system implementations
• Ability to operate effectively in a complex, fast-paced environment, showing strong problem-solving skills
