Role Overview

We are seeking a high-caliber Test Consultant to join the CommScope EMEA team. This role is designed for a "5* Superstar" professional—someone who brings not only technical rigor but also strategic insight to our quality assurance processes. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and performance of our systems within a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Quality Advocacy: Act as a subject matter expert on testing best practices, ensuring all deliverables meet "5-star" quality standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers and stakeholders at Bullhorn EMEA and CommScope to identify bottlenecks and resolve defects.

  • Reporting: Provide detailed analysis and documentation of test results to the project leadership team.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: Proven track record as a Test Consultant, ideally within the telecommunications or infrastructure sectors.

  • Excellence: A "Superstar" mindset—proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision.

  • Communication: Fluent in English; ability to navigate a multinational corporate structure effectively.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern testing tools and methodologies (Manual, Automated, or Performance testing as required).

  • Salary: Competitive (High-bracket based on experience).

  • Duration: Temporary contract.
