Apply directEMEA Recruitment is partnering with a leading international organization to appoint an HR Business Partner, based in Zug, Switzerland.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team, acting as the primary HR contact for the Swiss business.
Working closely with managers and employees, you will deliver a broad range of operational and advisory HR support while helping to create a positive employee experience across the full employee lifecycle.
This is a varied, hands-on role with responsibility across employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, HR administration, and compliance.
Alongside the day-to-day delivery of HR services, you will also contribute to HR projects and support organisational change initiatives as the business continues to evolve.
Key responsibilities of the HR Business Partner:

Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees, providing advice and support across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding

Partner with business leaders on recruitment, talent development, workforce planning, and learning initiatives to support business objectives

Ensure HR policies, processes, and documentation comply with Swiss employment legislation and company standards while maintaining accurate HR systems and records

Support compensation and benefits activities, including annual salary review processes and the administration of local reward programmes

Contribute to HR projects, organisational change initiatives, and continuous improvement activities, working closely with the wider HR team
The ideal candidate profile:

Proven experience in an operational HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role within an international organisation

Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and experience managing employee relations and day-to-day HR operations

Comfortable working across a broad HR remit, balancing operational delivery with advisory support to managers

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Fluent English is essential; German would be highly advantageous
