AR Speciaist

EMEA Recruitment is searching on behalf of our client, a global energy leader, for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team.

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for various duties, including managing the end-to-end accounts receivable cycle and ensuring the integrity of cash collection and revenue recognition.

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable Specialist:

• 
  Manage the full accounts receivable cycle
• 
  Perform payment tracking and customer account reconciliations
• 
  Drive collections and follow-ups
• 
  Communicate professionally with clients to resolve payment discrepancies and escalate major issues to the finance manager
• 
  Maintain strict compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
  

Experience required:

• 
  Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or similar
• 
  2–3 years’ experience in an Accounts Receivable or Credit Controller position
• 
  Fluent in English
• 
  Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA preferred), advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI or Tableau
