Reporting to the Group Manager, Business Systems and Technology, you'll empower a small team of customer-focused ICT professionals. You will champion the team's service delivery standards and drive the management of our digital infrastructure across a complex, multi-site environment.
This is a hands-on leadership role that combines people management, operational oversight and project delivery. While previous leadership experience is important, the role would suit someone looking to build on their management experience while remaining close to the technology and contributing to future technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of ICT professionals
- Oversee the organisation's ICT infrastructure, networking and end-user computing environments
- Manage Google Workspace, Google Cloud Platform, Wide Area Networks, Windows Servers, Citrix and SaaS based platforms
- Drive service excellence across the ICT Service Desk function
- Scope and deliver infrastructure upgrades, technology projects and continuous improvement initiatives
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple sites to improve systems, processes and technology outcomes
- Manage vendor relationships, hardware and software lifecycles, and licensing compliance
- Support business continuity through effective backup, disaster recovery and security practices
- Contribute to technology strategy and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through emerging technologies.

- Previous leadership experience within an ICT Infrastructure, Systems or Service Delivery environment
- Experience supporting a multi-site user base
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace and cloud-based technologies
- Experience with Microsoft Server environments
- Networking knowledge across Cisco and/or Fortinet technologies
- Strong project delivery and stakeholder management skills
- A passion for continuous improvement and emerging technologies
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
